Summer Programs

The Lab School of Washington offers individualized reading, spelling, writing, study skills, and math tutoring by teachers trained in Lab School methods, with a stimulating and varied curriculum to challenge the intellect. Students with learning disabilities can discover their strengths and exercise their creativity while working to overcome academic difficulties. A summer full of imagination, fun, and innovative teaching can build new skill levels, and the confidence to keep on trying for success!

The theme for the 2008 Summer Programs will be: "An Asian Summer."

The Lab School Summer Session also offers:

  • a new, state of the art playground
  • air-conditioned classrooms
  • an Arts Center
  • a gymnasium
  • a swimming pool
  • exciting extended day activities
  • a limited number of scholarships
  • location close to Maryland, Virginia, and the Potomac River
