Dragon Tech Help

Learning is too important to be interrupted by a tech malfunction. It’s why Lab’s Dragon Tech Help provides immediate tech support to students and parents throughout the school day.

There are two ways to receive technology support in real-time:

If you are experiencing an urgent technology issue, we recommend entering the Dragon Tech Help Zoom queue. 

Live support hours: 8:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday during the school year.
