Journeying on the Silk Road

Academic Clubbers in Elementary's Silk Road Club enthusiastically arrived on campus to start digging into the Middle Ages.

The small groups — wearing masks and physically distancing — finger knitted, learning how some early fabrics were created; made a giant rope timeline on the field to show where the Middle Ages took place on the continuum of time; and interviewed each other, sitting in Hula Hoops, using What, Where, and When questions.

They also toured the Foxhall campus, stopping to talk about the highlights like the Pegasus statue and the Foxhall Farm.
